SVVY AS recently concluded an inspiring and productive meeting with De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) at the Nexus Innovation Labs in Lipa City, Batangas. Representing SVVY during the visit were our Co-Founder and Chair, Trym Jarle Vårdal, alongside our CEO and Co-Founder, Nicolas Manskow. The visit was part of a broader Philippine trip from July 14 to 22, 2026.
Sitting down with the DLSL team, we had the opportunity to present SVVY's partner-school model and explore new pathways for international academic mobility. We shared how the platform can open doors for DLSL students and alumni to access specialized programs in high-demand fields like artificial intelligence, data science, and cloud security at Top Tech College in Paris-La Défense. Beyond bringing Filipino students to Europe, we discussed how this collaboration can also raise international visibility for DLSL, creating arenas for students worldwide to discover their many academic offerings.
Moving forward, SVVY will be actively participating in upcoming DLSL career fairs and student development events to connect directly with ambitious young learners. Behind the scenes, our teams are already working together to get DLSL set up on the SVVY platform, making it as easy as possible for students to explore their options in real time.
Looking ahead, both parties are eager to formalize this collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality we received in Batangas, and everyone at SVVY looks forward to building a long-lasting partnership with De La Salle Lipa that empowers the next generation of global learners.
